  • A proper unboxing video with a 360° view is mandatory to initiate any return request

Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


2. Return Timeframe

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after this period will not be considered


3. Refund Process & Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the product

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit (depending on the case)


4. Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product will be offered


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video (360° view) is required for verification

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Products that are not damaged or defective

  • Used or worn products

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Products without a valid unboxing video proof

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items sold during a sale

  • Items priced under ₹99


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will bear the return shipping cost

  • No returns are accepted for any other reasons
